  • Be a good sport — win or lose.

  • Learn from mistakes, keep improving.

  • Appreciate opportunities, guidance, and the game.

02

Responsibility

  • Show up on time and with purpose.

  • Give your best in training, matches, and academics.

  • Stay disciplined, focused, and accountable.

  • Think before you act. Own your choices.

04

Respect

  • Treat everyone with dignity — teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents.

  • Be open-minded and supportive.

  • Handle emotions with maturity  — walk away from conflict, not into it.

  • Lead through actions, not just words.

Expectations From Parents

Your role is vital in your child's cricketing journey. At this stage, development is deeper than just skills — it's about building strong habits, character, and resilience. We invite parents to:

  • Support the process, not just focus on outcomes or match results.

  • Reinforce academy values like discipline, humility, and effort at home.

  • Encourage healthy routines — sleep, nutrition, recovery, and time management.

  • Be patient during phases of struggle, knowing growth takes time.

  • Celebrate effort, commitment, and learning, not just runs or wickets.

  • Keep open and respectful communication with the coaching staff.

Together, we can create an environment where your child thrives — not just as a player, but as a person.
